1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Member", "Player", or "you") and dapat44 (hereinafter "dapat44", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online sports betting and casino services operated at https://dapat44.cam and any associated mobile applications, sub-domains, or related platforms operated under the dapat44 brand.

dapat44 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that operates under international licensing. The Platform offers services including, without limitation, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and associated promotional activities to eligible registered users.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. dapat44 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities conducted on the Platform. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned where applicable.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• You are not residing in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of dapat44, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any active self-exclusion order from any other recognised gaming authority or programme.
• You understand and acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dapat44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify dapat44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dapat44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months); and a selfie photograph holding the identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account restriction or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to these Terms, dapat44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonably large burden on the Platform's infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.

dapat44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Where reasonably practicable, dapat44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes to services that affect Users' account balances or pending transactions.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dapat44 accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. dapat44 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using standard local bank transfer methods. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, and volume of concurrent requests. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network confirmation times beyond dapat44's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dapat44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in amount or frequency. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of associated bonus winnings is permitted.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dapat44 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Member's account and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn.
• The maximum permitted bet per round or event while Bonus Funds are active is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified promotional period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days).
• dapat44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to obligations already incurred by active bonus holders.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to dapat44's product-specific rules, which are published within each relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. dapat44 is not liable for errors made by a User when placing a bet, including incorrect selection of teams, markets, or stake amounts.
• dapat44 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a manifest pricing error is identified, where the outcome of an event is determined to have been manipulated, or where evidence of system exploitation exists.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and vary by sport, market type, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension during critical phases of an event (e.g., penalty kicks, video referee reviews). Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided at dapat44's discretion.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of each specific game and the decisions of the live dealer or game operator. Any malfunction of the gaming software will render that round void and all associated bets will be returned to the Member's account.

9 Responsible Gambling

dapat44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals from harm. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Members in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a strategy for generating income, and it carries an inherent risk of financial loss. If you believe that your gambling is no longer under your control, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion facility available in your Account settings, and to seek support from qualified organisations. dapat44 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities. We conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process and reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage of an account's life. Accounts confirmed as belonging to under-age individuals will be closed and all deposits returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account without their explicit authorisation;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports fraud or corruption;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, loopholes, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse", "arbitrage abuse", or "system exploitation");
• Using automated tools, betting bots, scrapers, or any software designed to circumvent normal use of the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards dapat44 staff or other Users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of dapat44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The dapat44 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dapat44.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dapat44, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

dapat44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dapat44 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damage, dapat44's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

dapat44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• Failure to comply with KYC documentation requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• At the request of the Account holder through the self-exclusion or account closure process;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure;
• Determination that the Account holder is under the minimum age of 21.

Upon termination of an Account, any withdrawable Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method, subject to any outstanding investigation. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are non-refundable upon account termination for breach of Terms.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dapat44 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents dapat44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to address fraudulent or abusive activity.

15 Amendments to Terms

dapat44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, dapat44 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Members via email or through a prominent notification on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
